Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of Present Pal (Estendio), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate. You must work in the DSA as an assessor, trainer, or university disability advisor to qualify for this giveaway.
How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps during the giveaway period: Meet with Joe at any session (1-2-1 session, Q&A, or joint webinar events) between January 4th 2024 and March 27th 2024 to get entered for a chance to win. You can attend as many sessions as you like, each session you attend will account for 1 entry. To confirm your entry into the prize giveaway you must complete the follow-up CPD form (that Joe will send to you after every session).
Giveaway Period: The giveaway period will end on March 27th 2024 at 12pm midnight.
Prize: One winner will be selected to receive a £70 IKEA voucher, a £30 plant voucher, a Stanley Cup and a 6-month coffee subscription. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other merchandise. The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with the prize.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing after March 27th 2024. The winner will be notified via email or phone call. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for Present Pal (Estendio) to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.
General Conditions: Present Pal (Estendio) is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Present Pal (Estendio), which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of Scottish law. By participating in the giveaway, participants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or connected with this giveaway will be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action.
Limitations of Liability: Present Pal (Estendio) assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the giveaway or in the announcement of the prize, (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, or (c) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this giveaway.
